Confirm the address, current price, status and community figures directly in the current documents before relying on them.[1][2]
Check financing and included items
Lennar states that its mortgage company is optional and that select homes may have financing-related offers. Ask for the written terms for the particular home, including any lender requirement, eligibility, expiration and how an offer changes the total cost. Compare the included-feature sheet with the home’s specifications rather than assuming every plan has identical items.[1]
Read the warranty, including limits
Lennar describes a limited 1–2–10 warranty for workmanship, systems and structural coverage, with stated exceptions and details to confirm with a consultant. Read the actual warranty booklet for your state and home, including exclusions, deadlines and service-request steps; a summary is not the contract.[3]
