Its floor-plan page says plans are matched to lots using dimensions, easements, build lines and neighborhood size requirements. Treat that as the builder’s general estimate, not a date for an individual home. Ask for the specifications, selected finishes, change limits and contract schedule for your address.[2][3]

Executive Homes’ FAQ describes a one-year warranty and links its stated process to the company’s warranty program. Ask for the complete warranty and purchase agreement before signing, including coverage start dates, exclusions, service-request steps and who handles a concern after closing.[3]
